5 Acupressure Points That Boost Your Immune System
There are so many things you can do to boost your immune system, including regular self acupressure.
Acupressure points are sensitive to the touch, and often you will find a slight depression in the skin tone when you are in the right spot. Press on each point with firm pressure in clockwise circles for about 30-60 seconds.
You can also gently tap them with the middle three fingertips, perpendicular to the point, for more stimulation.

STOMACH 36 - powerfully boosts the immune system, increases energy, and treats almost any digestive complaint. Found on the front of your lower leg about 4 inches below your knee cap. Slide out about in inch from the bone, and press around for a spot that feels sensitive.
LARGE INTESTINE 4 - helps the body clear out pathogens from the head and digestive system, relieves headaches, tooth aches and pain. Press your thumb and 2nd finger together and find the high point on the bump formed. Press around on slightly below for the tender point. Then spread the fingers and press with your other hand's thumb in circles.
LARGE INTESTINE 11 - clears heat from the body, so helpful to reduce fever and relieve sore throat. Follow a line up the forearm from the thumb and press around the outside end of the elbow crease.
LUNG 7 - boosts the immune system and helps at the beginning stages of a cold, congestion, or cough. On the thumb side of the inner wrist, there is a bump that protrudes from the bone. With your 2nd finger of the other hand, follow over that bump and you will fall into a little depression.
KIDNEY 27 - strengthens and protects the body's whole energy system, and treats upper respiratory symptoms such as cough, phlegm and wheezing. Located below the collarbone about an inch from the beginning edge of the bone. This point you can press or gently tap with the middle three fingers to stimulate.
